Another one of those Trilogy movies that I absolutely love to watch and own. Although, this one didn't capture my attention. But then again, neither did LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring.
Synopses: Long ago, men created devices that were able to tell you the truth about anything you think of. These Golden Compasses created a lot of issues for the Ministerial and all of them were ordered to be destroyed. One of these Litheomiters remained and is in the hands of a little girl. We follow her and her Demon on their quest to save children that were captured for experimental reasons.
The Good: Each person is connected to an animal called their Demon. These Demons hold each person's soul or spirit in the same way our bodies hold ours. The animals used for this were really well designed and animated. The Story is okay as well but the CGI is the thing that takes the show.
The Bad: As you see there isn't really to many things to say that is good, but then again, there isn't much to say about the bad either. I did find it a little boring, but I guess this movie is just a setup for the next 2 that is to come. Let's hope that they are better.
